----- README -------------------------------------------------------------------

Serenity is a style for KDE 3.x which once was based on Lipstik's engine from
Patrice Tremblay. It has been more than heavily modified since.

The first goal of Serenity is to make disappear as many lines as possible. I
couldn't remove all of them because sometimes KDE developpers use widgets in
the most strange ways. When you erase certain lines, one app will look better
but another app will definitively need them for its GUI to be useable. That's
why I had to take some roads in between sometimes and that some lines are only
less visible.

I don't use dark colorschemes but I kinda like them so Serenity works well with
them. The only exception is that you can't use black buttons because they would
appear totally flat and disappear on a black background. Give a little touch of
color to your black and they will become useable.

(Please note that more colorschemes can be found within the sources of Serenity
window decoration. They will be automatically installed if you install it too.)

Well, I hope Serenity is something never seen before. Enjoy it! This is my
first style ever so be gentle with your criticisms. ;-)
